Most shower pans are prefab acrylic or composite — they flex, crack, and harbor mold over time. We do something different: every pan is CNC-machined from a solid engineered quartz slab, right here in Arkansas.
Most shower pans sit flat and rely on a separate sloped insert underneath. Ours don't. Every QuartzShowerPan has its slope CNC-machined directly into the surface of the quartz — one solid piece, perfectly graded toward your drain.

All pans are machined from a 1.25″ (~32mm) thick quartz slab. The slope is CNC-cut into the top surface — no separate insert.
Standard pans are cut for a 2″ shower drain. For a linear drain or specific model, add a note to your order and we'll accommodate.
Every shipment is fully insured. Photo the damage before unpacking, email us within 48 hours, and we'll remake and reship at no charge.
